Role: Business Partnership Manager
Contract: Freelance, 30 hours per week
Salary: £35,000 + £5,000 performance-related bonus (OTE £40,000)
Location: Southampton (Flexible working available)

What You’ll Do:

  • Secure Sponsorships & Partnerships: Develop and maintain relationships with businesses that align with our mission.
  • Fundraising & Business Development: Research and pursue new funding opportunities, crafting compelling proposals.
  • Outreach & Networking: Represent ZoieLogic at industry and community events, building valuable connections.
  • Market Research & Strategy: Stay ahead of trends in corporate giving and sponsorship, shaping our approach for maximum impact.

Who You Are:

  • A proven business development professional with experience in fundraising, sales, or marketing.
  • Skilled in building and maintaining relationships, with a creative approach to generating income.
  • Target-driven with strong project management, proposal writing, and negotiation skills.
  • Knowledge of the creative industries or fundraising in the not-for-profit sector is desirable.
