ZoieLogic Dance Theatre and the community of Holyrood Estate in Southampton are on a mission to raise aspirations, challenge perceptions of who we are and illuminate the place we proudly call home.

Since securing long term investment in 2021 we have;

  • Delivered 300 hours of hyper local activity
  • Engaged over 400 people as participants
  • Engaged over 1000 people as audience members
  • Established free accessible regular activity for young people and adults

The impact made by Changemaker Sponsorships:

  • Provide access to a community with lack of provision
  • Give young people skills in creative and project management
  • Contribute to the infrastructure and resource needed to effectively deliver an outdoor events on the estate
  • Help towards the costs of making amazing performances and participation opportunities for the people of Holyrood
  • Create opportunities for residents to get active, be creative and learn new skills
  • Provide regular dance and creativity sessions for young people and adults
  • Provide 121 support roles for young people with extra access needs
  • Reduce barriers to involvement by supporting child care,
  • transport and snack clubs
  • To change outdated perceptions of this inner city community
