Non-executive Director
NED – supporting with fundraising and commercial Gemma brings 10+ years of cultural and creative sector expertise, beginning with Culture Liverpool’s legacy from Capital of Culture 2008. She excels in commercial fundraising, diversifying income for impactful growth.
Notably, she contributed to Southampton’s UK City of Culture 2025 bid. Presently, Gemma leads as CEO of Portsmouth Creates, nurturing Portsmouth’s creative sector.
