At ZoieLogic, we connect people through the transformative power of movement and dance. With over 25 years of innovative work, we are leaders in male dance participation and creators of inclusive, community-driven dance experiences. This is your opportunity to be part of an organisation that challenges norms, celebrates diversity, and makes a real social impact.
We welcome individuals with a passion for creativity, inclusivity, and community, whether or not you have prior board experience. We value diverse lived experiences and are especially keen to hear from those underrepresented in the arts, including individuals from the global majority, younger voices, and those with experiences of disability, neurodiversity, or other perspectives that challenge barriers and drive innovation.
As a Non-Executive Director, you’ll provide strategic leadership, guidance, and support to help us grow and deliver meaningful impact. The role requires a commitment of around seven days per year, with travel expenses and access costs covered. We offer tailored onboarding, a buddy system, and ongoing training to ensure you feel equipped and supported.
Complete our online application and monitoring form by Friday, 21 February 2025, 6pm, attaching a short covering letter in text or video format explaining your skills, qualities, and interest in joining.
Contact Martina (Executive Director) at martina@zoielogic.co.uk or 07716402083.
Interviews will take place on Monday 17 March. NED members will then be invited to a NED away day for a full onboarding process with the Artistic Director and rest of the Board on Tuesday 01 April.
