By volunteering your time, you’ll help shape ZoieLogic’s work in your community, gaining unique insight into how the theatre operates and experiencing what we do firsthand. This is an opportunity to influence our programs and ensure they reflect what’s important to you and your community.

As an Advisory Group member, you’ll:

  • Attending 2 (two-hours) meetings a year at an accessible venue in Southampton
  • Offering advice, and championing ZoieLogic Dance Theatre’s work.
  • Committing to participate, attend or volunteer at least one of our events per year.

We are committed to actively removing barriers to being on our Advisory Group. If you have specific access needs, please do let us know. The role is voluntary with travel expenses and access costs (including childcare) paid.

To chat about this, contact our Executive Director, Martina Bussi

Who we are
looking for:

  • We want to connect with people based in the Southampton area who are passionate about the city and the people in it. We also welcome those outside of the Southampton area who are interested in dance and the arts.
  • We want to reflect the diversity of our local community, and especially welcome underrepresented and marginalised voices – including disabled, Black, Asian and ethnically diverse members of our community.
  • We are particularly looking for people who want to advise us with their experience of living or working in the city, as we seek to work with communities in the areas of Holyrood, Weston Shore, Redbridge and Mansbridge for the next two years.

This is a modest commitment of time and no experience is needed, just curiosity and enthusiasm about getting involved.

This sounds great, how do I join, or find out more? We invite you to either register your interest below or contact our Executive Director Martina Bussi at martina@zoielogic.co.uk
