We’re always on the lookout for creatives, strategists and change-makers

Want to introduce yourself? Email your CV and a short introduction to Martina Bussi at martina@zoielogic.co.uk
We’d love to hear more about your experience, approach, and practice.
At ZoieLogic, we’re a small yet dynamic team of creatives, strategists, and change-makers, united by a bold mission: to transform lives through the power of movement and dance.
We thrive on collaboration, energy, and pushing boundaries. Whether we’re working in the studio, out in communities, or staging large-scale public performances, our team is hands-on, supportive, and always looking for new ways to innovate. You’ll be working alongside passionate artists, producers, and engagement specialists who are experts at making dance accessible, unexpected, and powerful.
We challenge the norms of who dance is for, where it happens, and how people experience it. From getting more men dancing to activating public spaces with mass participation events, we believe anywhere can be a dance floor.
With 25 years of impact behind us, we’re nationally recognised as pioneers in male dance participation and as producers of inclusive, co-created movement experiences.
We are proud to foster an inclusive and welcoming culture, where diverse perspectives and lived experiences are valued. As a Disability Confident Employer, we are committed to ensuring accessibility and equal opportunities for all.
We’re not currently recruiting for any vacancies, but we’re always keen to connect with talented freelance dance facilitators operating in Southampton, Hampshire and the South Coast. Our projects span schools, community groups, public spaces, and more, and we regularly seek experienced practitioners to bring their creativity and energy to our work.
ZoieLogic Dance Theatre is publicly funded by Arts Council England, and is supported by Esmeé Fairbairn Foundation. In association with Mayflower.
