On our values-based approach to inclusion

We are committed to creating spaces, projects, and experiences that are inclusive, accessible, and welcoming to all.

We celebrate the richness of diverse identities and experiences, including gender and sexuality, race, ethnicity, culture, disability, neurodivergence, faith, age, and background.

When we refer to gender, or any specific demographic, we do so with intersectionality in mind, recognising that identity is unique to us all. It is always the participants/audience’s choice on whether our work is for them. We believe that inclusion is an active, ongoing practice , one that begins with deep listening and evolves through co-creation.

We are committed to providing spaces that are grounded in safety, equity, and shared participation. We recognise that accessibility means different things to everyone, and will always welcome feedback on how we can continue to reduce barriers to access and participation.

Our aim is not just to include, but to build a sense of belonging, where people are not asked to fit in, but are encouraged to be their authentic selves.

On the experiences we deliver

We are dedicated to ensuring exceptional quality experiences for all, valuing every contribution.

We believe that quality encompasses integrity, breadth, and depth, reaching a wide audience while prioritising individual experiences. It fosters skills, well-being, and connection while respecting artists, participants, and audiences.

Our work achieves quality by involving people throughout the journey and fulfilling its intended purpose. We commit to thorough research, resources, relevance, and diverse access points to connect with different individuals. As movement storytellers, we promise to deliver positive and enduring experiences that resonate with everyone.

Our commitment to quality remains unwavering, unaffected by external agendas, misconceptions, assumptions, limited budgets, jargon, social stereotypes, poor inclusion, or accessibility. Our partnerships are built on shared aims and equal commitment.

We believe in disrupting norms, challenging conventional experiences, and emphasising the significance of physical connection. We embrace bravery and steadfastly adhere to what we know creates unforgettable quality experiences for all.
