Inclusion Statement

We are committed to creating spaces, projects, and experiences that are inclusive, accessible, and welcoming to all.

We celebrate the richness of diverse identities and experiences, including gender and sexuality, race, ethnicity, culture, disability, neurodivergence, faith, age, and background.

When we refer to gender, or any specific demographic, we do so with intersectionality in mind, recognising that identity is unique to us all. It is always the participants/audience’s choice on whether our work is for them. We believe that inclusion is an active, ongoing practice , one that begins with deep listening and evolves through co-creation.

We are committed to providing spaces that are grounded in safety, equity, and shared participation. We recognise that accessibility means different things to everyone, and will always welcome feedback on how we can continue to reduce barriers to access and participation.

Our aim is not just to include, but to build a sense of belonging , where people are not asked to fit in, but are encouraged to be their authentic selves.
