The ZoieLogic team look back at their highlights over the past year - and what a ride it's been! We've brought old things out, and put new things in, and it's all been made possible by the energy and creativity that you bring.

Rowena’s Highlight

My highlight was the team getting SLEUTH back on the road! It’s such a fantastic show and it was such a thrill to see audiences pack out the unique in the round performance space it creates – it felt like a long time coming after so many restrictions in recent years!

Katie’s Highlight

My first full week of Zoielogic was the Holyrood Hub! My favourite activities included spray painting, the photography workshop, and the vegetable orchestra. We packed so much into one week and I personally was able to really get to know the team and learn a new skill in face painting which I’ll definitely look forward to using even more next year.

Liam’s Highlight

Turning up to Holyrood and feeling the warm buzz of togetherness the Hub was creating… plus spending lots of time pushing Holyrood kids around the park on my bike.

Matt’s Highlight

It feels like a long time ago now but in April we toured RIDE across Southampton, from Mansel Park to Weston Parade. The performers and team brought so much fresh energy to it and it got such a fantastic reaction from the public – it really helped set the tone for the rest of the year. Plus I just love those 80s tunes!

Lizanne’s Highlight

One of my many highlights of the year has to be the Vegetable Orchestra by SoCo Music Project as part of The Hub 2022! That afternoon really showcased the core values of The Hub – creative collaboration, intergenerational experiences, access to new opportunities, community spirit and pure joy for everyone involved.

Zoie’s Highlight

Watching FuzzyLogic perform The Doorman after such a long and challenging creative journey was such a highlight for me. Being able to work in the studio with them for two solid weeks was such a joy and a very special time I will never forget. Seeing everyone come out to support them at show time and also have Fuzzy members from the past there too, it all felt like the most amazing celebration of where it all began.

Ollie’s Highlight

My highlight of 2022 was working on The Doorman. It was great to be given the opportunity to work in a professional manner with FuzzyLogic. I really enjoyed the creation process that the company and I went through to finally put FuzzyLogic on the main stage. It was such a great experience and I know for a fact the all of the guys would love to come back and do it all over again… even if we were knackered by the end of it!
